Q. I have not received
my most recent pension check. What should I do?
The INPS pension checks
are mailed on the 4th business day of each month. The Tesoro
pension checks are sent every other month. They are mailed on
the first of each payment month.
You must wait at least 15 days before an inquiry can be registered.
If it is more than 15 days, then you must speak to a customer service
representative. We will verify your status and re-issue a new
check. |

What should I do?

pensioner must sign this letter. |
