Q. I  have not received my most recent pension check.  What should I do?

The INPS pension checks are mailed on the 4th business day of each month.  The Tesoro pension checks are sent every other month.  They are mailed on the first of each payment month.

You must wait at least 15 days before an inquiry can be registered.  If it is more than 15 days, then you must speak to a customer service representative.  We will verify your status and re-issue a new check.

  Q. I must change my address.  What should I do?

Address changes can only be made in writing.  There is a change of address form attached to the checks.  We prefer that you use this form.  If it is not available, then please send a letter to our offices at One William Street, New York, NY 10004.  Please note that the pensioner must sign this letter.

  Q. The Pensioner is deceased.  What should I do?

All notices of deceased pensioners and inquiries concerning survivor's benefits must be directed to INPS or Tesoro directly.  You must also inquire with the local Italian consulate on this process.
